Refund Policy

This is a one-time charge that will appear on your statement as Discount Core LLC.

1. General Policy

At Discount Core LLC, we aim to provide high-quality services. However, refunds may be granted under specific conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests may be considered if:

  • Work has not yet started

  • Initial draft is significantly different from agreed requirements

  • Service delay exceeds agreed timeline without valid reason

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Project has been completed and delivered

  • Client changes mind after project initiation

  • Delay is caused by client’s late responses

  • Marketing services have already been executed

  • Custom packages after approval and work start

4. Partial Refunds

If a project is partially completed, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work already completed.

5. Revision Before Refund

Before requesting a refund, clients must allow us the opportunity to revise and correct any concerns.

6. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in permanent service termination and legal action if necessary.

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

8. Custom Package Refund Policy

For custom packages:

Packages are finalized after consultation according to your budget and requirements. Once approved and work has started, refunds may not be applicable except in exceptional circumstances.
