Refund Policy

This is a one-time charge that will appear on your statement as Discount Core LLC.

At Discount Core LLC, we are committed to delivering professional website design and development services. Because our services involve customized work and dedicated project time, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our team.

1. Customized Services

Website design and development services are customized according to each client’s requirements. Once work has started, payments may become non-refundable because resources, design time, development work, and project hours have already been allocated.

2. Before Project Work Begins

If a client requests cancellation before substantial project work has started, a refund may be considered depending on the circumstances.

Any applicable transaction, processing, administrative, or third-party fees may be deducted from the refundable amount.

3. After Work Has Started

Once design or development work has started, payments are generally non-refundable.

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, Discount Core LLC may retain an amount corresponding to work already completed and resources already committed.

4. Completed Projects

Once the final website or agreed deliverables have been completed and approved by the client, payments are generally non-refundable.

Client approval, acceptance, or use of the delivered work may be considered confirmation that the services have been accepted.

5. Revision Requests

A request for changes or revisions does not automatically qualify for a refund. We will make revisions according to the limits and scope included in the purchased package.

Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional payment.

6. Client Delays

Refunds will generally not be issued because of delays caused by the client, including failure to provide content, images, credentials, approvals, feedback, or other required information.

If a project remains inactive for an extended period because of the client, Discount Core LLC may consider the project completed or closed.

7. Third-Party Services

Fees paid to third-party providers, including hosting companies, domain registrars, software providers, plugins, themes, payment processors, or other external services, may be non-refundable according to their respective policies.

8. Duplicate Payments

If a duplicate payment is made accidentally, the duplicate amount may be eligible for a refund after verification, subject to applicable payment processing fees.

• Payment information
• Reason for the refund request

All refund requests will be reviewed based on the circumstances of the project and the work already completed.

10. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued through the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
