Delays in providing required materials may affect the project timeline.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices displayed on our website are subject to the selected package and project requirements.
Payment terms will be communicated before the project begins. Work may begin after the required payment or deposit has been received.
Additional features, pages, functionality, or services outside the agreed project scope may require additional charges.
4. Revisions
Revision limits depend on the package purchased.
A revision means a reasonable modification to the existing design or content. New pages, major redesigns, additional functionality, or changes outside the original project scope may be treated as additional work and may incur additional fees.
5. Project Timeline
We will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the estimated timeframe provided to the client.
Project timelines may be affected by delayed feedback, missing content, technical issues, third-party services, or requests for additional work.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate project information
- Provide required content and materials on time
- Review project work and provide feedback
- Ensure they have permission to use supplied images, text, logos, fonts, and other materials
- Maintain access to necessary third-party accounts and services
The client is responsible for ensuring that supplied content does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
7. Third-Party Services
Websites may use third-party platforms, plugins, hosting providers, payment gateways, APIs, themes, or other services.
Discount Core LLC is not responsible for outages, changes, pricing, limitations, security issues, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
8. Website Content
Unless otherwise agreed, the client is responsible for providing final business information and content.
Where Discount Core LLC provides content or design assets, the client is responsible for reviewing and approving them before the website is launched.
9. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client generally receives the agreed final website deliverables created specifically for the project, subject to any third-party licenses and materials.
Discount Core LLC retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, methods, templates, development resources, and proprietary materials.
Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, stock images, software, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses.
10. Portfolio Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Discount Core LLC may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, or marketing materials for promotional purposes.
Clients may request that specific confidential information not be publicly displayed.
11. Prohibited Use
Clients may not use our services to create or promote content that violates applicable laws, infringes intellectual property rights, facilitates fraud, or otherwise creates unlawful activity.
We reserve the right to decline or terminate projects that violate these requirements.
12. Limitation of Liability
Discount Core LLC will make reasonable efforts to provide professional services but does not guarantee specific business results, sales, rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Discount Core LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
13. Termination
Either party may request termination of a project subject to the applicable payment and refund terms.
If a project is terminated after work has begun, fees may apply for work already completed and services already provided.

Discount Core LLC may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
