We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Packages

Our services are offered under structured pricing packages ranging from $199 to $1999, depending on the scope of work, word count, and additional services included.

Standard Package Range:

  • Starter Package – $199

  • Basic Author Package – $399

  • Standard Publishing Package – $699

  • Professional Package – $999

  • Premium Author Package – $1499

  • Elite Publishing Package – $1999

Each package includes specific features as described on our website. Clients are responsible for reviewing package details before purchasing.

Custom Package

We also offer customized service packages based on the client’s specific requirements.

Custom packages are finalized after consultation according to your budget and project needs. Pricing for custom packages varies depending on the scope of work.

Once a custom package is agreed upon and work has started, pricing cannot be modified unless both parties agree in writing.

4. Payment Terms

  • A full or partial upfront payment is required before project initiation.

  • Projects will not begin until payment confirmation is received.

  • Payments must be made via approved payment methods listed on our website.

  • All prices are listed in USD.

  • Additional services outside the selected package will incur extra charges.

Failure to complete payment may result in project suspension.

5. Revisions Policy

Revisions are provided according to the selected package.

  • Revision requests must be made within the specified timeframe after delivery.

  • Revisions cover minor edits, corrections, and agreed modifications.

  • Major changes (e.g., new chapters, increased word count, change of topic) will be treated as a new order and may require additional payment.

The client agrees to:

  • Respond to queries in a timely manner.

  • Review drafts and provide feedback promptly.

  • Ensure that any material provided does not infringe on third-party rights.

Project timelines may be affected by delayed client communication.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full and final payment:

  • The client retains full ownership rights to the final approved content.

  • Discount Core LLC does not claim ownership of the client’s book, manuscript, or intellectual property.

  • We reserve the right to display non-confidential project samples in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Confidentiality

All project details, manuscripts, and client information will remain confidential. We will not share, publish, or disclose any content without written consent from the client.

9. Limitation of Liability

Discount Core LLC provides professional services but does not guarantee:

  • Specific book sales results

  • Bestseller rankings

  • Platform approvals

  • Marketing performance outcomes

We are not responsible for platform policy changes or account-related issues on third-party platforms such as Amazon.

10. Refund & Cancellation

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy available on our website.

  • No refunds will be issued once a project is completed.

  • Custom packages are non-refundable once work has started, except in exceptional circumstances.

11. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • Terms are violated

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected

  • Abusive or inappropriate behavior occurs

  • Payment disputes arise
